The first night
Pilar was away in New Mexico for work training. Dane cheered her on the entire time with love, encouragement, and constant “you’ve got this” energy.
She came home February 1st, 2025. That evening, Dane picked her up from her apartment to meet for the very first time.
Dressed casual, DoorDash from a local Italian spot, and a night spent talking away the hours… very quickly falling for each other.

On June 22nd, 2025, Pilar moved in with Dane at the place he was renting and it officially became their home.

On October 1st, 2025, Dane and Pilar took a romantic getaway to Bluemont, Virginia.
Before heading out to dinner on the very first night, Dane got down on one knee and proposed with the exact ring she wanted her ring.
